Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, re-service, or cancellations apply to services booked with FixMount TV.

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered where:

• A service was paid for but not delivered.
• The work performed did not match the agreed scope and could not be reasonably corrected.

Refunds are not available for work that has been completed to the agreed specification or for issues caused by factors outside our control, such as pre-existing wall or equipment defects.

4. Re-Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a completed installation, please contact us within 7 days. Where the issue relates to our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no additional charge before any refund is considered.
